TERMS OF SERVICE.

Welcome to SELADEVS. By accessing our website, placing an order for merchandise or sticker packs, or signing in with Google Crew authentication, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Orders & Reservations

All orders placed through this store are reservations confirmed upon manual payment verification. Because our items are produced in limited community batches ("drops"), orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis once payment proof has been verified by the SELADEVS crew.

2. Payment & Receipts

Payment must be completed using the official QR code (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or Bank Transfer) provided on the checkout page. You must upload a clear, legible payment receipt or screenshot within the payment window. Orders with fraudulent, mismatched, or unreadable receipts will be cancelled.

3. Pickup & Collection

Orders are collected on-campus or at designated drop locations announced by the SELADEVS crew (e.g. UTHM / UTP campus spots). You must present your private order link or order number when collecting your items. Unclaimed orders beyond the announced collection window may be forfeited.

4. Intellectual Property

All sticker artwork, designs, brand marks, and collective visual identity are the intellectual property of SELADEVS and contributing student designers. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

5. Crew Authentication & Accounts

Crew access via Google OAuth is restricted to authorized administrators and collective collaborators. Any attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt store operations is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as our community store evolves. Updated terms become effective upon posting to this page.
