We collect your name, study details, phone number, email, order choices and payment receipt to process your sticker order, verify payment and arrange collection.

Who can see it?

Authorized SELADEVS crew can access customer details and receipts. Supabase hosts the database, authentication and private receipt storage; the hosting provider processes website requests. Receipts are not published.

Your order link

Your private order link shows only your order number, finish, quantity, total, creation date and status. Treat it like a ticket: anyone with the link can see those details.

What stays on your device?

Theme preference is saved locally. During checkout, a temporary reservation reference and upload credential are kept in this tab’s session storage so you can retry. Customer form fields and receipts are not stored in the offline cache. Admin authentication uses cookies.

Keeping data only as needed

The store owner should remove customer details and receipts after fulfilment and any necessary dispute or record-keeping period. Contact the SELADEVS team through the channel where you found this store to request correction or deletion. Keep your order number handy.
